Beer Truck Rental Policies

 

1. Rental Time Period & Delivery  

The Renter agrees to a predetermined Rental Period of at least 24 hours and can provide a 2-hour window for both delivery and pick-up of the beer trailer. Delivery within 15 miles of origin (ZYMURGY BREWING COMPANY, 624 MAIN ST EAST, MENOMONIE WI 54751) is included in the rental fee. Delivery of 16 miles to 30 miles from origin incurs an additional $50 to the rental fee.

2. Condition

The trailer must be returned in the same state in which it was delivered. Any service or repair to the trailer during the rental period must be authorized by a ZYMURGY BREWING COMPANY Representative in advance.

3. Responsibility for Damage or Loss; Reporting to Police

During the rental period, the renter is responsible for all damage to, loss of, or theft of the trailer. This includes cost of repair or the actual retail cash value of the trailer if it not repairable, loss of use and future income, diminished value of the trailer caused by damage to it or repair of it, missing equipment, and a reasonable charge to cover our administrative and labor expenses connected with any damage claim. Renter must report all accidents involving the trailer to us, and the police, within 24 hours of occurrence, and provide police report or incident number to us.

4. Deposit

A deposit of $200.00 will be required on each rental period. We may use renter’s deposit to pay monies owed to us under this agreement. At our discretion, deposit fees may not be refunded if:

  • The trailer is subject to any of the above circumstances outlined in Prohibited Uses.

  • The trailer is kept more than 1 hour beyond the agreed upon rental period.

 

5. Charges

Renter agrees to pay us on demand for all charges due to us under this agreement, including, but not limited to:

  1. Time for the period during which renter keeps the trailer, Rental is $150.00 per day (24-HOUR PERIOD MINIMUM) with keg rental, or $200.00 per 24-HOUR PERIOD without Zymurgy Brewing Co Keg Rental.

  2. Charges for optional services.

  3. All traffic, parking violations, fines, penalties, citations, towing charges and other expenses involving the trailer.

  4. A reasonable fee not to exceed $100.00 to clean the trailer, if returned to ZYMURGY BREWING COMPANY in less-than-acceptable condition.

No refund of rental fees if trailer is returned earlier than date or agreement time period.
